Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website careerlinc.ai (the "Site") operated by CareerLinc, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware corporation.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

Note: Our product LINC Pro (lincpro.app) is governed by separate terms of service. These Terms apply only to the CareerLinc corporate website.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Site
  • Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access the Site for any purpose without our express written permission
  • Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers or networks connected to the Site

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, graphics, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by CareerLinc, Inc., its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

The name "CareerLinc," "LINC Pro," our logos, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of CareerLinc, Inc. or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

Information You Provide

When you submit information through the Site (such as demo requests or contact forms), you represent that:

  • All information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete
  • You have the right to provide such information
  • Your submission does not violate any applicable law or these Terms

We may use the information you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. If you decide to access any third-party websites linked from the Site, you do so entirely at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CAREERLINC, INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SITE.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Site exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CareerLinc, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Site thereafter.

Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page periodically so you are aware of any changes.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and CareerLinc, Inc. regarding the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties regarding the Site.
